How to evaluate the quality and durability of aluminum product surface oxidation?
1. Coating thickness measurement
Coating thickness refers to the actual thickness of the oxide layer or coating on the surface of aluminum products. This not only determines the corrosion resistance of aluminum products, but also affects the appearance quality, mechanical properties and chemical stability of the product. A coating that is too thin may not provide sufficient protection, causing aluminum products to corrode rapidly in harsh environments; while a coating that is too thick may increase costs and even affect the performance of the product. Use appropriate instruments to measure the coating thickness to ensure that the coating on the surface of aluminum products meets the corresponding standards.
2. Coating uniformity inspection

6. Comprehensive evaluation
