For application scenarios that do not require high temperature, instant glue is a quick and effective choice. It can cure quickly and provide instant adhesion. If the aluminum sticker needs to be combined with transparent or translucent materials such as acrylic and plexiglass, UV shadowless glue is a good choice. It can cure quickly under ultraviolet light to form a strong adhesion. Aluminum stickers are usually made of materials such as polyester film or polypropylene, which are tightly bonded to the aluminum substrate and can provide good adhesion. When entering the pasting stage, the sticker and the bottle surface must be accurately aligned. Any slight deviation may cause visual disharmony and affect the overall aesthetics of the product. At the same time, the operator needs to keep a steady hand and be careful to avoid wrinkles or bubbles during the pasting process. Once these problems are found, stop pasting immediately, gently lift a corner of the sticker, adjust the position and smooth it from the center to the outer edge to expel air, ensuring that the sticker is flat and wrinkle-free on the bottle surface. In order to further enhance the firmness of the sticker, especially on the edge of the sticker, appropriate pressure should be applied. This helps to strengthen the contact between the glue and the bottle surface, forming a stronger bond, and effectively prevent the sticker from warping or falling off due to the intrusion of external forces or environmental factors during use.
